Because of the economic crisis this year, we have many local families in need.  This year we are taking on 6 families and several teens for our 2008 Angel Tree.  All the families/teens have been checked out to make sure there is a need and that they are not already being helped by others. There are clothing needs and toy wishes for the children, and gift cards for the teens. PLEASE be generous this year and take one or two angels off the tree and be a real Christmas blessing to a hurting family.  The tree will go up Thanksgiving weekend in the sanctuary foyer.  Contact Ginger Oldfield for more information.

Nursery Volunteer Schedule November 23 Sunday School 9:30- Staff Atkison, Bennett, & Wood--Infants 10:35  Allen & Wolfe--Toddlers 10:35 Allen & Bell--2 year olds 10:35 Bishop--3 year old  10:35 (Please be in your assigned nursery room no later than 10:35 so the Sunday school teachers, nursery staff, and nursery coordinators can be relieved to worship with their families-- Thank you!)

Sunday Morning Adult Bible Fellowships Each Sunday join us during the Sunday school hour at 9:30 a.m. for fellowship, prayer, and study.  Our four core ABFs are led by Shepherding Elders and Deacons in the quad area of the church.  For the fall winter 2008 quarter, our teaching schedule is as follows: Young Couples meet in Room 234 (new building wing) studying The Marriage Builder. Rebuilders meet in the Choir Suite – studying Lessons from the Book of Luke More Than Conquerors meet in room 210 – studying The  Book of Nehemiah Pilgrims meet in room 208 – studying selected Psalms Bereans meet in room 212 – studying The Book of Genesis and the Covenant Our Women’s ABF meets in room 204, and is studying That the World May Know video series.
